Lt. Dan Selekman (ret.) will describe how his efforts transformed policing in the most violent and impoverished area of Wilmington, DE. By harnessing the power of communications and connections, Lt. Selekman repaired a fractured relationship between police and the citizens they served. He will explain how the transformation was made and how the principles can be applied to any department, in any setting.
It's not about reforming, it’s about transforming.
