Cadet Chris Baker Receives First Annual Chick Lee Scholarship Award

Cadet Chris Baker, a member of Class 39 of the 2022 Municipal Police Academy became the recipient of the first Annual Chick Lee Scholarship, given by the Pennsylvania Community Safety Alliance in honor of their founder Chick Lee. The award was presented to Cadet Baker at the academy graduation held on November 18, 2022 at the Mansfield University Public Safety Training Institute by Chief Scott Henry, who is one of the founding members of PCSA.

Cadet Baker has a bachelor's degree in sociology and was employed by Snyder County probation prior to entering the academy. He is currently applying for sworn officer employment with Selinsgrove PD.
